White River Glacier (still image)
Though the White River Glacier is one of Mt. Hood's smallest, it is also one of its most dangerous. Originating in the crater to the east of the Hogsback, the glacier lies below a perilous drop from the Triangle Moraine and forms the headwaters of the White River, a tributary of the Deschutes.
